I placed & paid for my order on 25.11.2023. After sending numerous emails, requesting an update (all unanswered), I called, only to be told 1 of the items was damaged & could not be shipped. He said they would refund the cost of the item. On 05.12.2023, I received both an Amended Order Notice & a Shipping Notice. To date & 3 emails later (also unanswered), I have not received my refund, or delivery of the other 4 items.
