Bad Service

I made an online purchase on the 28/11/22 and still have not received the item ordered. I sent an email got no reply and tried to phone but the phone only goes on voicemail. Don’t know if I am ever going to receive my parcel. I bought a rogz ball for my dog because her ball has broken and she sleeps, eats and carries that ball in her mouth the whole day and if she can’t find her ball she cries until she finds it. This was a replacement for that ball. This is cruel, and I am not happy with the service at all.
