Bad business ethics

I would give zero stars. Do not purchase from this company slow service and delivery time. I wanted to return the goods cause it was incorrectly bought. They charge for returns and handling fee for all items. I was not aloud to use my own courier to return which would have been R60 compared to their charges of R108. There lame response is "its in our terms and conditions" **************** and ********** business ethics. Will never purchase from them again. I am still waiting for my refund.
