Watch out for "LOUIS" from The Pest Control Group

A ********* called "LOUIS" is masquerading as an employee of The Pest Control Group. He insists that clients pay for his services in advance. When he is informed that his chemicals have not worked, he promises to come and fumigate your house again as there is a five year guarantee. However there is always an excuse as to why he cannot make his appointment. There have been a number of similar complaints posted on Hello Peter about this ********* "Louis", yet he has managed to continue tricking the public for a number of years.How can we stop him?
