The Pest Control Group ********s!!!

<p>We moved into a new house and notice there was a ****roaxh problem. I contacted a few fumigation companies and after a lot of questions I decide to go with The Pest Control Group.</p> <p> </p> <p>Louis van Buuren sent me a quote of a R1300 for a small house (5 rooms). He was very helpful via email and made it sound like he is very customer orientated. He was even willing to do the treatment over a weekend for us. The quote included a spray inside and outside the house, drain treatment, gels, follow up treatment and 6 months gaurentee. His quote did request full payment upfront to confirm your booking. I suppose this is where I should have seen the red flags.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nonetheless I made full payment and send him the proof of payment. When I contacted him 2 days later to find out if he received my payment and when they will be coming to do the treatment he said that he was very busy and I should call him the following week. Next week came and I managed to set a date with him.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ons the day Louis sent one of his staff members to do the treatment. It took 20 minutes and treatment was done. The guy sprayed n liquid substance in and outside the house, activated a gas canister and closed the door behind him. No drain treatment was done nor was any gels placed in the house. I asked the gentleman why it was not done and he said Louis told him to spray and activate the canister and that I should follow up with Louis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Three weeks later I noticed the ****roaches were back and I contacted Louis. He informed that I need to give the poison time to work. Not knowing better I left it at that. After another two weeks I phoned him to ask when the follow up treatment will take place as the ****roaches are becoming more and more by the day. He said to me me he is very busy the next week I should call him in a week's, which I did and this time I was told that he has no staff due to all the strikes in Pretoria. Eventually I managed to set a date for the follow up treatment, but they never honored the appointment. Not even a call, SMS or mail to apologies why they didn't make it. Ever since then I have enough been able to get hold of Louis via Whatsapp, call or email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please take note of Louis van Buuren and Top Green Trading 30 CC t/a The Pest Control Group is not to be trusted. They expect your full payment upfront, just to do half a job. This company is a ****! Please do not contact them for their services.</p>
