BAD SERVICE. Louis van Buuren over promise and under deliver. After a few times that I had to phone him (even before he was paid) he came out to my house and put poison sachets in my roof. This did not work and the rat plague was even worse. I paid him his fee of R800. I called him several times and he always has an excuse. It's always "call me on Monday", and then when you call he either don't answer or promise he will be there this week. Which doesn't happen. My rat plague is worse than ever and he just couldn't care less. He got his money and that is all that counts. What ever you do, DO NOT do business with Louis.
