Poor Pest Control

Contracted the company to spray my home to get rid of ants. They completed the job, wanted payment immediately (which was done). I requested a receipt and guarantee notice (one year workmanship guarantee) which they have not given me as yet. The next week the ants appeared again and I called the company to complain and several times after that. Each time Louis promises to come and redo the job and supply me with my receipt and guarantee. Three months have now elapsed and he has not responded. Lies all the time
