Louis van Buuren from the alleged company " The Pest Control Group" is a *******. He was very friendly in answering our phone call about white ants (rysmiere) He came out the following day and sprayed the whole garden and drlled holes next to the jacuzi where there were a big problem. He was supposed to do a follow up treatment, which never happened. My son and I phoned him numerous times and he either did not answer his phone or promised to phone back ,which of cause never happened I wrote him a Whatsupp message saying that I do not beleive a word he is saying anymore. He rep**** saying that he was sorry and had a lot of other excuses. He promised to definitly come out the following monday. Surprice!!!!!!! he did not come,phone or did anything. I have more white ants (rysmiere) comming out from beneath my jacuzi than ever before (buckets full) I do not beleive that he did anything about my "rysmiere" problem. He is according to me a *********** and I will let as many people as possible know about him. I have found numerous complaints about him stating his name and surname. Please people, beware of this *********.
