The Perfume Co Unprofessionalism

This Company has provided the worst service I have asked for a refund purchasing two bottles of perfume ans paid courier service to deliver. They did not state a way to track, they took my number wrong. Then when I call to follow up they had problems in delivery as well. They had informed me via email that they would refund me back my money on a product I did not receive it's been 4 days since I asked The email address is *** The person is Hulisani.
