Very unhappy- job incomplete

He came to our house and did tiling work which was neat However the job is still incomplete. I have paid him to do additional work and to finish up the tiling job he started in November 2022 - it’s now Feb 2023 exactly 3 months since he started the work and it’s still NOT completed- I have asked him for the remaining money back and it’s a fight to get it back he ghosted me we have scheduled a few days for him to come and redeem himself and I have finally run out of patience. I am very unhappy and would not recommend him.
