Handy at nothing!

A job to sand and re-seal our deck at our home in Kloof. The job went from two days to ten days and some of the repair work is unprofessional and shoddy. We were told he knew what he was doing and we would receive a 12-month guarantee, which was not given. Joshua Randall is a young entrepreneur and we gave him a chance to prove himself but he let us down, again and again, making promises to be on location, on more than one occasion, and then not arriving. He also asked for payment of the balance before completion as he had to pay his workers, also very unprofessional to expect a client to be responsible for that. He said he would come back to replace the ***** patch up after we discovered it but by then we did not want him anywhere near our property. I would not recommend him at all.
