Will not order again!

This is the 1st time I order something at perfect touch and my order was made the 21st of April! I am still waiting for 1 item to be delivered and there is no tracking number yet. I will definitely not order again en they do not keep you updated of your order. If I do not email them than I do not hear from them. This is very bad customer service as well.
