TOTALLY PATHETIC!

I purchased a dress and it was delivered on the 4th. I was very happy with the item.

I washed it for the first time with absolute care, like I do with all my new items.

The Red from the top of the dresses, ran all the way down into the white of the dress.

I contacted Mareze- to explain and sent pictures- she immediately stated that is NOT their fault, and that it must have been something I did.

She advised me that I must courier the item back to her at MY cost. Then she will refund the amount to me- as I bought this on SPECIAL.

I do not care if I bought this for R1000.00 or R250.00 - You should help me, as you have my money and I have NO dress to wear!!!

I purchased this for a function on Saturday- and NOW I have nothing to wear and NO ONE that is willing to assist me.

I FIND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PATHETIC AND USELESS!!!
