Poor service!!

Would have been great to be informed that they will be going on a 2 week break and that no orders will be shipped in that time. Not only has the promised time for delivery been exceeded, but there is no way to really find out when I will eventually receive my order! Poor service! Really hard to contact them! Waste of money!
