Day 17 and no delivery

It’s now working day 17 and I still haven’t received my order. I mailed last week and they said it’s only day 11 and I should receive it by next week, still haven’t received anything, not even a tracking number... After 2 more emails, they now say it’s stuck at customs and they will let me know when they have feedback. Extremely poor customer service
