The Perch Guesthouse Pinelands CPT - Appalling

Only a 1 rating as there is no 0. Appalling state! No cleanliness. Came from JHB today and demanded my monies back. Place is dirty, smells like damp, have not been dusted off in weeks, fridge and stove dirty, pedestals full of dust, dirty pillowcases, dirty floors, even a dirty kettle and microwave! Reasonable rates, but you have to sacrifice cleanliness - and who does that! Will not recommend this place to anyone.
