Peoples company not interested to solve problems. should be called the poepol company

They are handling the payments of my medical aid. From the start, Last year, I requested that the deductions be on the 15th as that is when my pension is payed. Up to now they still deduct it on the 1st. In May 2019 I contacted the manager, Niekie van Dalen, She refered me to a Johan. He was incapable to sort out my requests and was supposed to email me the paper work. Never received anything up to now. I phoned them in June again and spoke to the receptionist who said she would ask Niekie to phone back. About an hour later an Anel phoned me and said the a Cathy would phone me back as the matter was handed over to her. No phone call up to now. Every time I try to get in contact with Niekie she is either in a meeting or out of the office but never returns any calls. My problems is still not resolved and deductions are still on the 1st. I get the idea that they could not care less and is not interested to deal with complaints.
