Unhappy customer.

My mom bought a C180 Mercedes-Benz from The people's auction in Lenasia a few weeks ago. She finished paying the car off and she got the car. The problem is that they are giving her the run around concerning the papers and license disk of the car. This is very poor service and we are not happy with the service from this company. It's been more than 21 days and there is still no change.
