People's Auction dishonest

one star is overrating it. in September I purchased a car from People's Auction in Boksburg. I bought the car during the week, not on auction. paid cash for it as a straight deal, no auction rules. The owner Mr, Muhammed assured me that it was a good buy, active service plan and accident free and said that if I don't sell the car in 2 weeks I can bring it back and he will exchange it or I can give it back to him to sell it on auction for me. Car service plan has lapsed and the car did have an accident damage. so i did give it back to be sold on auction and after 2 weekends of auction he told me that he has accepted a deposit on the car and a lady is coming to pay the balance which didn't happen. after that car was moved to another dealership without notifying me and was assured the car was sold and it's just few days away from getting the money. After daily stories changes and false promises, eventually Mr.Muhammed admitted in writing that the car is been sold for sure and will have my money soon. latest was that money will be in my account 10h00 on 2nd November 2020 but also didn't happen. I have him on record committing to make payments and promises of paying up in full but has not honored his word. After not taking my calls i resorted to a Facebook post where thereafter he called me and threatened me. this is literary unreal as he ****, ignored and misled me and than resorted to threats when he is the actual guilty party. Anybody who would like to join me in perusing this further please contact as this company should not be allowed to get away with this kind of ********* behavior. *** dishonest business.
