Poor service and treatment

I’ve had the worst experience with this company. They gave me faulty hair with a burnt closure and hair that sheds. I sent it back to them and instead of rectifying their mistakes they’ve said they won’t replace the closure instead they “fixed” it and they treated the shedding hair. I paid 10k for premium hair expecting the best service from this company but I’ve received the worst treatment and poor service from the company after being understanding and patient enough hoping they’d fix their mistake. They have ridiculed me and were dismissive after letting them know I was disappointed in their service. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company or buy from it because they won’t refund or rectify their faulty products.
