No wig! No communication!

I placed an order for a wig on the 24th of July. I am still waiting for the wig to be delivered or any form of communication. I sent them an email on the 17th of August and the 23rd of August, I'm yet to receive a response. I tried calling the number on their website, but the number is constantly not available. I then tried the same number on WhatsApp and got the following respond-Thank you for letting us know. I will contact the online team regarding your enquiry and will provide feedback shortly. This was 24 hours ago. I'm still waiting for feedback.
