A medical emergency in my room at Peninsula all suite hotel

Very helpful and professional staff I had a medical emergency in the few days I was booked in here on the evening of the 18 February 2026 I was promptly and quickly taken to the nearest hospital by the night duty manager the night duty staff was also professional and attended to the emergency very fast I was taken to hospital with the hotel transport and was handed over to the emergency unit by the night duty manager himself and from there I was worried about all my personal belongings in the hotel that was sorted out very fast with my husband with the day duty staff assisting him making sure that it was given back to mr in the condition I left it also got my deposit back paid on the day of booking in that was also handed over to my husband
