Item not received and no response to emails

Order a personalised pen on 18th December with a groupon voucher which cost £8 plus £3.99 delivery. Did not dispatch until 15th January!! Never received. Emailed 3 times and no response. Reordered as voucher was showing unredemed in groupon account another £3.99 delivery and not even a confirmation of the order. Ordered for birthday on 6th February. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
