The Pearls

Good day

I am absolutely furious! I went to The Pearls last night for dinner, I went to the pay station and it would not take my coins or my card (I have a video as proof) I went to the information desk on level 3 and the lady said she cannot help me so my sister and I must go to level 1, I went to level 1 where an Indian gentlemen said I must go back to the pay station and try again because the pay station was still not working so I tried another station and nobody answers when you call for assistance from the machine.. There was a guard by the boom gate and a young black couple also had a problem with their ticket and he opened the boom for them to leave, when I asked that he must do the same for us, he said we must go back to the info desk for help so I went to find the Indian guy and he was not there so I went back to level 3 and the lady said she can't help I must go to the gentleman when I went back down he said where was I he was waiting here for me the whole time. I was fuming by then!!!! and took off with him, driving around The Pearls for one hour just to be able to get out at night was such an inconvenience especially from people who cannot do their job properly. This happened between 9:59 - 10:45pm on 17 March, I have also checked Hellopeter and many people have complained about the Pearls parking and nothing has been done about it.
