PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Hi there I am so annoyed with poor service I've received at Mochachos at the Pearl's I placed an order I asked for 1/4 chicken and chips with out a bun I asked for deliverey unfortunately they couldn't deliver as they were busy when I asked how much i was told its R52 when I get there a very untidy guy was a cashier charged me R67 I asked why am I paying so much coz I always pay R59 1/4 chicken ,chips and roll how come I'm paying so much for 1/4 chicken and chips , I asked why you didn't advice that it even more than a meal he said' it's not his fault it is my Stupidity '. woow I wonder how he got a job at the restaurant.He doesn't deserve to be there he should be at the Farm looking after the cattles. Because I left my shop closed I had to rush back I couldn't ask for a manager....
