The PC Shop - very disappointing service

Laptop had to have windows re-loaded and data recovered. Person assisting said they would be finished by close of business and call me by \lunchtime". This was a Tuesday. Work only commenced on the Thursday (and only after I called again to follow up). Each day they offered to call by \""lunchtime\"" with feedback - never did once. Then I got the laptop back on the Saturday. They only had to recover +-3000 lost files of photos - but over 105 000 files were recovered - consisting mainly of dud / duplicate files. I need to work through each one individually"
