PATHETIC SERVICE

I have purchased 24 600 x 600 concrete slabs from Mr Peter on the 21 February 2015. I paid a deposit of R700 50% of the money. <br> <br> He was suppose to deliver on the 7 March 2015. On Friday 6 March I phone him to remind him of the delivery and he was in agreement. Just after 8 as his people starts work at 8.<br> <br> At 9 on Saterday morning 7 March I called him. He had a excuse that the factory was locked but he is ooming for the key. At 10 I called again. He then said they on their way. At 12 I called again and I was told they can only deliver on Monday.<br> <br> My instructions was clear, I have 2 people I pay for the day and I need the slabs. Nothing happened. I the DTI e to his premises after Peters did not answer his phone after numerous calls. He was not there. I demanded my money back. But was told to talk to Peters. He returned my call after 1 and told me they will deliver Monday. Monday morning he phoned to say he will pay back my money. I told him he has 10 minutes to do so. I will make a case at the police against him for ***** and report him to the consumer board. Please assist me to report this person's conduct as he is a over Hello Peter as well for doing this
