Do not use The Paving Experts

I hired The Paving Experts to do a really small job at my house in October 2018. The sales person came to my house to look at the job and was prompt to send through a quote. I accepted the quote and we agreed on a date.

The team they sent out to do the job, did so in a shocking and unprofessional manner. Bricks came loose, after one day, all the grouting came out between bricks and it looked like ****. I complained and they sent out the team to come and fix it - 3 times - and they couldn't fix it.

They then sent out a new team in December 2018, who looked at the job and agreed that their colleagues that did the work did so in a bad manner. This team had to redo all the work and my paving was finally done mid December 2018 (two months later).

It is now leading up to the end of January 2019, and they have still not removed the rubble from my house. I have requested that they do this countless times, and all I ever get are false promises. I paid for the removal of rubble as part of my invoice.

During all of this the sales person, did not once come back to my house to see what the problem is.

I do not recommend using this unprofessional company. Please spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company.
