********** behaviour from THE PAVING COMPANY!!!

I Have been dealing with Derrick Andies who claims to be only the salesperson. The owner Patrict Baptista has been dragging me refund on my deposit for over a year now.I had paid a substantial deposit over a year ago. You have failed to meet the delivery date several times and began to hold up my building project. i cancelled the order and hired another supplier. I was told that i would be refunded next week. This happened for a good few months till i managed to get some of the deposit back. I am still waiting for the balance. We i call, I get the same story, that I will get paid next week. A year has gone by !!!
