Violation bu Security Guards at Pavilion Mall

I'm very disappointed and furious with the treatment I received at the Pavilion Mall yesterday 14/12/2015 by the company Thompson Security Group. I was shopping with my sister. We first went to Rage Store and bought few items. Then went into Accessorize but didn't buy anything there. We got into the escalators and suddenly the escalators stopped functioning and we had to walk up. When we reached the top a security man by the name of AMOS NKWANYANA asked us to follow him to the control room for some questioning. We followed Him to the control room where he asked Pretty Dlamini to search us and our bags, the lady searched us, touching us everywhere without any explanation, she did not ask for any slips/invoices to check that I had paid for the stuff and then we were told that we are free to go. When we asked for the reason why we were being searched, they advised that we had suspicious movement around the mall, when asked to speak with the controller ( Sthembiso Mdlalose) he refused stating that what his officers explained to us is correct. I am very furious disappointed but most of all feel violated by this act, is this the procedure that was supposed to be followed?
