Useless Truworths staff

On a mother's day weekend, there is only 1 person working in the jewelry section a section that comprises of cellphones, watches, rings, chains and loads of other accessories that would actually Brighton up any mothers mothers day. Yet on a busy period like this there is only 1 person working in this department and for the past two hours the support person is or has been on break with no team leader or supervisor to assist in making this a more pleasant shopping experience, now we as customers have to wait almost an hour to get assistance all the while people looking at us like we are lost and or bored. Can you guys do mystery shopper programs or some sort of review of this section because this is really frustrating
