Unhappy shopped

Today I went to buy a gift voucher at the customer service desk at13.20, there were about 5 of us waiting. There was a letter on the window saying closed till 14.00. I phoned the management who said the person was on lunch!! Surely the management should have someone at that desk all day. What made it worse was that I still had to pay R10 parking although I did not get what I went there to buy
