The PAVILION BATA SHOE SHOP has extremely terrible customer service!!!!

<p>I went to the pavilion bata shoe shop today to return my tommys that I bought on the 23 January 2017 for R259.00 which I was still within there 7 days return policy I had my slip ..I had spoken to the manager lorrain who assisted me I explained to her that I worn the shoes and it was to tight and it hurt me she didn't care ..her reponse was it you worn it we can't return it !the service was extremely poor and for the manager LORRAINE you have no feelings towards customer's how can someone like that be in a manager role .who can't make decisions BATA PAVILION IS GONE TO THE DOGS! !!!</p>
