Terrible service from the Vodacom Shop at The Pavilion

<p>I have been to the Vodacom Shop at The Pavilion in Westville five times since Dec 2016 to upgrade my cell phone and contract with the last time being on Sunday. Staff are inattentive, patronising and rude. Queries are not dealt with efficiently or followed up on. To date, the upgrade and/or query has not been resolved and no feedback received. Nobody seems interested in helping, including the manager. This a perfect example of what the antithesis of customer service is. These people should not be working in a service industry because they clearly do not understand what the words customer service means. </p>
