Security guards are not trained to give good service

I have so disappointed with the security at Pavilion Shopping Centre. They scream and point , informing you not to drop off outside the Centre and they go so far by even pushing the customers back into the car refusing them to jump out and demanding them to go to the under parking to be dropped off which I don't understand because it only takes a second to jump out.WHAT ever the reason, this is not good service one of the guards were using vulgar languages and being violent to a lady that jump outside the Centre . I WAS IN SHOCK
