Pavilion shipping centre does not care about you when you are stuck inside their elevators

29th of October 2021 at 6pm I came from H&M went inside the elevator and loadshadding happened! The lady I was with who works in the center told me not to panic and soon as the generator kicks in we will come out. Generator come on only lights came on the doors remained closed. I pressed the panic button the lady picked up I told her we were stuck inside the elevator she said we need to remain calm she calling for help. We'll the security guard came it was a glass elevator, he made signs "telling us to sit on the floor" time went, I pressed the panic button again spoke to the lady, who was irritated by me. She left me hanging... I then obted to phone the elevator company, I took the number from the top of the elevator, I phoned the gentleman told me that pavilion just logged a call with them. I asked him at what time they were phoned the gentleman said at 18:15. My worry was I informed them that we were stuck immediately and only 15 minutes later they called for help, Why? What was the delay? Again I pressed the panic button to speak to the lady. I asked her what was the delay and she was rude left the phone hanging and I could here her talking to her colleagues. I pressed the button again I asked her what was her name, she couldn't give me she hang up. Again I pressed the panic button and a gentleman answered and asked me which lift I was stuck in? I told him I'm not phoning for that but I want to know the lady's name. He also refused to give me her name and hang up on me. I pressed again the lady picked with an attitude and she said my name is Ntombikayise Elizabeth Maduna! I asked for center management number she asked me to hold, at the background I could here her talking to her colleagues saying those people are home now and she can't give me their parsonal numbers. I never asked for the personal numbers she did not have decency of explaining that to me. Through all that they instructed the security guards to try and open the elevator using their warpons.. Not sure what they called but in Zulu its donkipiri. In that moment anything could have happened, our lives were put at risk because the elevator could have fell. My partner had to go to umlazi and and come back to pick me up again because I was now stuck with no transport. The lady phoned center management the number that Ntombi gave was wrong I googled and phoned. The took the message and an Indian lady phoned me back. I told her what transpired in the center she said she will report it and come back to me. Till today I haven't had any response from them.
