Pavilion management money over security

On Sun 24 Oct 21 I was with my wife and children at the Pavilion. We were on our way out, but decided to purchase biltong. There was a gentleman quite drunk walking around drinking beer in the mall. He harassed a lady at the biltong store for her phone number dropping beer on the floor. There were no security personnel to report this to. Pavilion management is all in it for the money and not the safety of the consumers especially females (alone or with kids). There are stalls clogging the isles with little space to walk. Please Pavilion management, show some interest in the safety of the customers that shop there. We want visible security. We want comfortable shopping experience without having to weave at every space because management wants to earn a quick buck filling the isles with stalls. Most of all we want to feel safe with visible security at every exit point especially as we approach the festive period. Government has already warned mall management to beef up security.
