Pavilion does not strictly comply

Plain & simple. Pavilion shopping centre does not enforce the COVID protocols. We are still under Level 1 lockdown. Masks are mandatory. I saw at least 10 people with out masks just having a good ol laugh. I was there with my 11 year old daughter & she witnessed this as well. I was flabbergasted. How can this be? People are absolutely complacent. We are sure to see a rise again by December because people don t take this seriously. Pavilion was very busy yesterday & to think people are waking around without masks, absolutely disappointing. Yet security was walking around. I won t be going back there in a hurry.
