Pavilion Car Park Total Disgust With Services

Last night my husband and I got to the pay point for the parking services they offer, to our surprise the gentleman before us said to the lady on the speaker that he does not have R9 and she said to him go to the exit and she will let him pass, this supposed to be a safety feature, he could be part of a syndicate, my point is that we pay for safety of our vehicles yet its for nothing. At the boom our ticket got jammed and the control guy just let us pass through with no security checks nothing, I felt super uneasy and I will not go back to that mall knowing we are unsafe. If things cannot be handled now I can guarantee that when it does get busier its going to be a circus. At 7pm I would of expected some order has the day progressed, yet we was in extreme shock to see what is being going on.
