Pathetic security in pavilion

Was humiliated at the Samsung pavilion store by swearing at me to **** off only when I tried to get the receipt from them, report to the security Denvin, and asked me for statement and hear nothing from him for a week, today 31/3 I came to pavilion and was told by this arrogant pathetic security by the name joshef kiti, and said to me I’m the one causing disturbance where the fact is I as a customer got swored by telling me to **** off when i tried to get the receipt inside the shop by the sales sheevarn at Samsung pavilion , and now they are saying I’m causing disturbance ?!what’s the point to ask for my statement if the security are not doing anything to protect the customers right , and listened to one side of the story , this security is absolutely useless! If the security allows the shop to tell the customer to **** off , I suggest you guys closes this disgusting shopping mall ! Pathetic!

And to whoever that’s in charge of this disgusting pavilion mall, that useless security of yours Josheph kiti , u can fire him for your own good, why I’m saying this is because I went to pavilion today to get a feedback from the security, and he threatened me that will have me banned if I go anywhere near that Samsung shop who told me as a customer to **** off where I spend more than 18k on their product , and now your security is doing nothing but helping that pathetic shop to encourage their disgusting behavior?on what ground does your security have the right to threaten me like this? They want to ban me but not the shop? What kind of ******* logic is this? Just because your security are get paid by them doesn’t mean that the shop can act inhuman and humiliate customer when customers comes to fetch the receipt?! Just because I didn’t buy the phone from that useless sales does that give them the right to tell me to **** off?where is your morality and dignity?! Ban me? Ha, think I give a ****? Think we customers give a ****? Without us customers your mall wouldn’t even exist ! Get that clear in your head!We came to shop at pavilion not to get humiliated by you guys , if u guys support this kind of behavior, and don’t listen to customers complaints let’s see how soon your mall will shut down !
