Not child friendly

I was at the Pavilion shopping mall on the 16th of Feb around 1:30pm, my son wanted to go to the toilet and knew the toilet he used the last time, so i asked both my kids to run ahead whilst i followed. Only to be stopped by a rude security Guard that grabed my daughters hand and told them not to entire. He insisted they cannot use the toilet whilst my Autistic son ran in to the toilet pull down his pants but did not make it in time and solid his pants. if only the security Guard did not hold my children back my son would have not messed his pants. I also did not like my daughter being grabbed by her wrist even though the Guard saw me. Pavilion Is not child friendly, especially special needs friendly.
