Game not willing to beat on line price of item

Went to Game Pavillion yo buy a 40 '' hisense TV today. Was very disappointed as they refused to honor their 'WE Beat any price'. They refused to beat take a lot prices in Durban. In cape Town Game beat take a lot price. Game should change their false advertising, should word we don't beat every price.
