The FSM had a customer who was looking to buy a 120 HTZ TV , they showed the LG QNED816 ... Then the other one team member came to the stockroom to get me as I was packing stock , came to get me to confirm if the TV comes with a signature service which is a company that does free delivery and installation for LG ( IRS ) well the model the customers were looking to purchase is not under that service , so they'll have to pay R1000 for the service. I walked there and they asked me ( FSM ) but soon as I said , " Yes let me confirm " the lady waited , soon as I said no it's not on my list she started acting up forcefully wanted my managers contacts , which I told her I can't and she insisted so hard that I give her the number ...
