Centre management failing

I work in a store in the pavilion shopping centre and I pay R342 per month to park my car in the tenants parking. Ever since the paid parking system started the entrance and exit gates of the parking consistently malfunctioned, jamming, not being able to read cards, etc. On the 6th of Feb the gate collided into my car. The damages came to approx. R12000. I have emailed and made numerous visits to centre management but the simply do not care. It is almost a month now and I feel completely taken advantage of. Many tenants of pavilion have had near misses with regards to the gate almost colliding into their vehicles yet nothing seems to happen. Centre Management of pavilion has had a complete disregard for this matter. The damage caused to the right door and mirror of my car is getting worse and I battle driving with my mirror being broken to the point were I have almost met in an accident. Who then will pay for my life when that happens? I have now resorted to get their attention publicly as I am hardly the first person to have a problem with the incompetence of pavilion centre management. I will take this matter further and I will hold pavilion centre management completely liable.
