Car park traffic jams

Hi Peter,<br> <br> There is always a traffic / car park congestion when one is trying to leave the roof parking (Baby City) at the Westville Pavilion.....It puts me off shopping or going to the Pavilion. <br> <br> The traffic jams/ car park congestion leaving the Pavilion, has been happening since they put in the paid parking on the roof. It took me 10 minutes to get out this evening. <br> <br> (After about 2 years, you would think the Pavilion would have it right?)
