Camera footage of a theft, and manager do not want to compensate me

The suspect along with his manager Thembelani and owner Marcus, advised that the suspect found my items unattached and helped himself to my groceries. i live around the westville and everytime i go to the mall, i feel like the car washers are scouting for opportunities to ***** from unsuspecting patrons of the mall
