Booked a trip to 🇹🇷 Turkey.. As per my request I was quoted for all 5 star plus hotels and tours . I made full payments on the quote . In Turkey the hotels were 3 and 4 star hotels .At times the inclusive dinners were not available. I had to pay more to up hrade and change a few hotels at a further cost. Had a meeting with the agent in Istanbul he admits quoting on 5 star plus hotels ,but was instructed by the agents in South Africa ie my agents was Flight Centre to supply the Standard package. These people are a bunch off ****** . Don't use them and I will never use them again.Now they don't respond to your emails either.
