Attempted car ***** and received no assistance

Good Day I've been to your mall today( 10 jan 2021) and was horrified upon returning to my vehicle which had been tampered with. I was a victim of an attempted car *****, the vehicles fuss was removed and my alarm and central locking was turned off, due to a personal addictional safety feature in my vehicle, they were unable to successfully take my vehicle.. I look forward to hearing what management at the mall which i frequent on a weekly basis is going to do about this as it was even more disappointing as there were guards at the spot i had parked. Which under my presumption would mean they were involved, your own staff which had been allocated to that area to safe guard the premises. Should management not be of assistance in making changes to the safety of the shoppers then its best to inform others on social media as they should not be victims of the mall and its negligence to protect and safeguard its shoppers.

Sent the mall this email, an email was sent asking for contact info from us which was already included in the above email we sent. However we did respond to the email with a contact number and till date, almost a month later and the mall has done nothing to assist!
