Ackermans falling risk

1 star is for the risk they have created. I was shopping at the Pavillion store this morning and found it inconvenient that so many of the kids clothes were kept high off the ground. With no assistants in sight I went about looking for the long hook used to fish out the higher garments.

While doing so I noticed a guy on a ladder trying to access the clothes at the top rack . He then handed the ladder over to a mother who very doubtfully climbed the ladder to reach the garments. People were complaining about this setup all over the floor.

What is Ackermans thinking keeping clothes that high up ?? Was there no risk assessment with this decision did your compliance department not consult the Osh act?? 1.There was no assistant around to help. 2. Theres nothing telling you dont use a ladder . 3. The risk of falling from the ladder does exist..

The lady on the ladder was almost up to the top of it.

Find a better way to display your clothing and a safer way for your customers to access them.
