The Pavilion hotel in Durban...absolute waste of money!

This is the worst hotel ever... They do false advertising, what you see on social media is nothing but a hoax Their customer service is non existing...they have excuses for their below average services whenever it is brought to their attention This is my 3rd night of 10 nights booked and lready i am in such regret of booking here...lets not even speak about the breakfast Please do not waste your money or holiday experience by booking at this hotel they clearly not eager to welcome local or international tourists to their city
